  Maccas is maccas but this sundae is just pathetic. This is the Monday if sundaes. The cup wasn’t even half full.

  Drive-thru was a very fast paced experience but I cannot understand the lack of care that goes into making their food. I understand it’s fast food but for my burger to come with the cheese half hanging out the box and the entire burger being deconstructed in the box when being handed to me is completely unacceptable. After having to build my own burger they cannot even provide napkins in the bag for me to wipe my hands after doing their job for them. Definitely room for improvement.

  Disgusting! I got a salad from there (yeah yeah I know wrong place to get a salad) but I didn't think they could mess it up that bad $7.50 for garbage!

  From good to terrible. Orders with missing or incorrect items, cold chips (not even luke warm), disgusting salad, poorly made burgers. It's highly likely there will be no paper in the order kiosks, so take note of your orders number. Should you walk through the doors here then I recommend you check your order thoroughly before you leave, or perhaps just drive past McDonald's Maylands and try Morley or Belmont instead.
  Now it isn't all bad here there have been times I've received excellent service, been able to walk into a clean restaurant and my order came out relatively quickly, hot and correct. BUT, more than often of late my experience has been less than satisfactory.

  This restaurant is very unclean empty of customer's when we were there and not one clean ta le to sit at. Toilets are filthy so are the glass counters / floors every area in this restaurant was discussing. Employ someone to clean. Won't be going back there in a hurry. Makes you wonder what the actual kitchen cleanliness is.
