- Anita Chow Added November 02, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Wanted to put in my two cents worth: Called them on a Saturday, since a part of the toilet mechanism had broken and was unable to flush the toilet and my gas stove battery had corroded so I was unable to ignite it. They came in to assess it, had no idea why the toilet wasn't working and I had to explain to them why it was broken and how to fix it. They told me I had to wait for 3 working days for them to get parts. Been chasing them up, and 2 weeks on, my toilet and stove still hasn't been repaired. How long would you expect for them to get parts for a toilet and a battery for a stove? I'm sure I can buy the same parts from Bunnings and they are open 7 days a week. Called them and no none responded. Awaiting a call from their supervisor for 2 days now and still no one has responded. Call them if you really are desperate during off-work times, but don't expect them to repair anything.
